Kuya’s Cooking – “Sharing our love for Filipino food while helping end world hunger.”
Kuya’s Cooking was founded by Aldrin Agas, a first-generation Filipino American. Aldrin learned his love of cooking through his father, a US Navy Veteran, who specialized in feeding thousands of sailors during the Gulf Wars. Growing up, Aldrin cultivated his love for food in many ways – from tending to his parent’s vegetable garden during grade school, idolizing Alton Brown & Martin Yan, to cooking traditional Filipino dishes for his family at a young age – he even wrote his college admissions essay about cooking! After spending a decade in the hospitality industry, Aldrin wanted to return to his first love of cooking and his roots in Filipino cuisine. Through Kuya’s Cooking, he hopes to share that love of Filipino food with you.
**This event is free for all ACE NextGen, Inner Circles, and Incubator members. Non-members will need to pay 10$ before the event.
