Mark Mendoza Ocampo is the Cofounder and managing Director of Auro Chocolate, a bean-to-bar manufacturing company in the Philippines founded in 2015 that aims to produce delicately crafted chocolate products that contribute toward the sustainable development of the local cocoa industry. He was in charge of setting up the company, overseeing day-to-day operations and developing long term strategies. He led a growing team of passionate individuals who all work towards finding novel approaches to address long standing challenges in agriculture and food manufacturing. Alongside Auro’s commitment to sourcing the best local beans, they are also working with global leaders in industrial production systems to set up a state-of-the-art cocoa and chocolate manufacturing facility. Their chocolate has won a total of 23 international awards including winning the Top 20 Best Cacao Beans in the World Award. Their chocolate is now available in 8 countries and their goal is to make single-origin cocoa and chocolate products where everything is grown, refined and perfected in the Philippines.

Kid’s Dream has an extensive wholesale channel and is represented in over 35 countries through authorized retailers. In March, Chewy pivoted to making fabric face mask and started a face mask company called LA Face Masks. She is a licensed real estate agent and investor. Chewy serves on the board of Ace NextGen and the Asian Business Association.

Together with her husband, Henry Fong, they’ve also produced a two-time Webby award winning cooking app, authored two New York Times bestselling cookbooks, and have been nominated for a James Beard Award.Dubbed “the Martha Stewart of Paleo” by The New York Times and CBS News, Michelle is the food nerd behind Nom Nom Paleo’s recipes and personality. She is also a chef ambassador for Whole Foods Market and has created an exclusive line of sauces and spice blends with them.Michelle has a degree in nutrition and food science from the University of California at Berkeley, and a doctorate in pharmacy from UCSF. For over a dozen years, she worked the graveyard shift at Stanford Hospital and Clinics as a night pharmacist before her side hustle became her main hustle.
