EXPO Booth Information

There is a vendor fee of $1,000. This includes Expo Booth access, 2 Conference program tickets ($595 value) - not including Awards dinner or Add-ons activitiesLocation: Westgate Las Vegas Resorts (3000 Paradise Road, Las Vegas)

  • Load In Date - Friday, October 13th at 8:00am

  • Expo Dates/Times - Friday, October 13th: 9:00am-4:00pm

  • Load Out Date - Friday, October 13th between 4pm-5:30pm (Must be out by 5:30pm).

Provided equipment: (1) 6 ft long (72" wide x 30" tall x 30" deep) table and (2) chairs

Tablecloth and Wifi not provided. We encourage business owners to get creative with their setup! Vendors will be responsible for their own POS system, and will be required to complete the Nevada Tax Form after the EXPO.

  • Indulge in a Delightful Experience: Liquor tasting is allowed, and we are excited to accommodate this unique offering for our attendees. If you are planning to provide liquor tastings, additional steps will need to be taken prior to approval. Please contact us ASAP to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. Please submit a Liquor Tasting Experience Request.

  • Please request a GES form for your electrical requirements. Our team will be available to assist you with any technical needs you may have, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Please fill this GES Form and email to kat@acenextgen.org and michelle@michellebaert.com

  • If you are selling products, you are required to complete a “one-time Nevada sales tax return” form and remit it with the sales tax (8.375%) owed at the end of the event on Friday, October 13th, 4pm PT. We will provide this form when you check in. ALL vendors selling products will need to complete this form, even if no sales were tendered.

FAQs

  • 6’ deep x 8’ wide for single booth

  • One (1) 6’(l) x 30”(h) x 30”(w) table with two (2) standard chairs; You will need to provide your own tablecloth

  • Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own set up/breakdown

  • Instructions regarding shipping will be included in your exhibitor’s kit which will be released in early September. We highly recommend paying close attention to shipping instructions

  • Following the instructions in your exhibitor’s kit, the items you ship will be delivered to your booth.

  • You will receive your exhibitors kit in early September

  • Your exhibitors kit will include information regarding how to ship your booth materials to the Expo Center and how on-site breakdown will occur and shipping will take place. The kit will also include links to rent additional furniture, purchase stronger wi-fi, and rent additional tech or hardware. Please note, the exact tech and hardware that can be rented has not been confirmed but you may anticipate that items including specific electrical hookups, speakers, and standard Expo fair will be available to rent.

  • Each exhibitor will be responsible for their own breakdown.

  • We recommend a standard pop-up banner (approx. 33” wide x 80” high) or a table-top banner

  • Wi-fi will not be provided. You will have the opportunity to purchase wi-fi for your booth in your exhibitor’s kit which will be released late-August. We recommend downloading any presentations or video elements you may utilize for your booth experience.

  • You will receive a link to rent additional furniture for your booth in your exhibitors kit which will be released early September.
